1. Delivery of Digital Products and Services

Digital products and services (such as online courses, memberships, downloadable files, or software licenses) are delivered immediately after successful payment to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.
If you do not receive your digital item within a few minutes, please contact team@spartanrules.com for assistance.

2. Delivery of Physical Products

Physical products are shipped via courier service within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery is available throughout the Republic of North Macedonia and, upon request, internationally.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

3. Responsibility and Communication

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
In case of delays or issues with delivery, SPARTAN RULES DOOEL STRUMICA will notify the customer by email or phone.

REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for returning products or obtaining a refund for purchases made through spartanrules.com.

1. Digital Products and Services

For digital goods and services (such as online courses, memberships, or downloadable materials), refunds are not available once the product has been delivered or activated, except in cases of technical error during payment or failed delivery.
In such cases, customers must contact team@spartanrules.com within 48 hours of purchase to request assistance or correction.

2. Physical Products

Customers may request a refund or exchange for physical goods within 14 days of receipt in the following situations:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The received product does not match the order or description

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the seller is at fault.

3. Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
